Terrific
Recieveed the product before due date. Good packing Appearance and build very good. The attachments like different types of blades, hair clips etc are very useful and can be fitted on the machine easily. The charging indicator blinks continuously and it is difficult to know whether fully charged even after few hours. The running time promised is 60m with full charge. But it is not so as I experien ed. The batter drains out so quickly.So I cannot safely recommend this product to any one. May be battery inside ihas crossed lfespan

Worst product, do not last long. Bought another trimmer before this which didn't last longer too. I used it for about 4-6 months and while charging it got burned up, after which I contacted service centre agent. He said it is not covered in warranty. How can it is not covered, if its issue of the trimmer only. we use alot of things, like fan, charger, cooler, etc. why does these things don't burn up. Why Philips trimmer don't burn up (I have one which I gave to my brother (still working fine and have better features than Nova). Because Philips is using advanced technology than Nova. Worst product don't buy it, you will regret after buying its products, because they provide worst service as well.
