Very poor Service by flipkart
1star for the service provided by flipkart , The installation person had very minimal knowledge of the product ... He was only interested in selling fridge stand and extended warranty but not on the installation ... Few observations ... 1. All he did was removing stickers inside and switching on the fridge nothing apart from that 2. When i asked to explain features he suggested to keep the temperature of freezer to always above -23 degree (either -25 or -27 and not below that )which was wrong as i contacted samsung customer care later and they explained me clearly on how the product can be used 3. When asked about levelling of fridge he was like its fine (he did not have any tube level or anything to check if its actually correct ), Samsung person had later corrected it after which the noise of refrigirator started to come down 4. he dint know there are 5 modes on the refrigirator , how and when to use them as well 5.He insisted me to use fridge stand while samsung installation manual clearly mentions stand shouldnt be used for the product I had issues with the sound initially later it got settled down after adjusting the level of the fridge which otherwise would have been a bigger issue Samsung service was good , Installation service from flipkart was really bad hence giving one star to flipkart service ... Product wise its good except that freezer doesnt have light inside which make it difficult at times 6.

Delivery was on time from Flipkart and in very good condition. Hard to say much about the refrigerator without using for extensive period but 275 litres is good for family of 2-3. Lookwise its great and shelfs both in fridge and freezer ar spacious(although if you like to keep more bottles or larger colddrinks say 2litres that might not fit properly). The options to control fridge, freezer and converting fridge to freezer is easy to use.
