Terrible product

Hated it!

EDIT: So finally received the fridge after almost 4 weeks and This time it was in decent shape not perfect but no real damage that could not be ignored. It took a lot of effort with flipkart support but in the end some supervisor decided that I had been tortured enough. Improving rating to 3 from 1 but still need better customer support when faults happen. This is a review of flipkart and Samsung both. The fridge was received in a damaged condition and that is when the nightmare started. I have been sent back and forth between Flipkart and Samsung to resolve this issue, with fake and meaningless assurances from Flipkart based on a timeline that keeps on shifting. My bigger worry is what will happen when the product develops a fault and needs warranty maintenance. So far it has been a horrible experience. I think it is best to avoid expensive purchases on Flipkart.
