Fraudulent business by motorola

They don't have any dedicated service center, no after sale service of their own, they depends on 3rd class jeeves service provider. They don't have any spare parts available locally and you have to depend on jeeves technician to order that part on your behalf, neither they have any price list available for spare parts, no transparency in business.
