Just okay
Item is of no use as its not been installed yet. I cant install it myself as it would void warranty and flipkart people through JEEVES are not installing it. I got my fridge on sunday i.e. 25.10.2020 and today is 30.10.2020 but fridge is dead of no use. Technician doesnt pick my call, JEEVES cutomer care doesnt register my complaint, quite a show of bad service. Feel bad for Motorola to be stuck with such pathetic after sales service. Its a sorry state of affairs. They took their own sweet time to install the product. But nevertheless i am happy with the product very convenient and useful drawers. Its perfectly designed, specially for indian hoiseholds where we dont use much of frozen food. The freezer drawer makes it very convenient to use also for people with back problems. And the middle drawer which is convertible is also very useful when it comes to chilling beer quickly or storing cake and pasteries.

Motorola refrigerator is good but the flipkart had given contract to Jeeves for installation is very pathetic and so poor in services that’s y I’m giving this ratings to flipkart and also flipkart update a wrong information about the issues

Issues: 1. App is near useless, can set temperatures only but no information on current temperature or any intelligence or diagnostics 2. No information on power consumption and wattage 3. Flipkart says 160 to 260v range but on body of fridge 220 to 240 + stabilizer required 4. Egg try design not done well to fit vertically 5. Cooling rate appeared to be slow, my 15yr LG appeared to cool faster - though still to confirm 6. No light in deep freezer 7. Power plug required 8. Technician who came to install had zero knowledge, didn't even knew which button to press to set temperature 9. Delivery delay, didn't arrive on date commited 10. 1 yr old manufactured product.. Aug 2020 11. Country of Origin China (Flipkart says India), incorrect information 12. Even the motorola logo pasted is not straight in the front 13. Gets finger prints easily 14. No lock option Good: 1. Lot of space 2. Looks 3. Ease of use 4. 0 sound 5. Good, selectable temperature range 6. Water dispenser 7. Good white light & led display 8. Material quality good
