I am a regular buyer from Flipkart (imported technical books, computer peripherals, health/ medical and now mobile). I wanted a low cost phone for my mom and booked on 17th Jul (at night 9pm) and the phone was delivered on 19th Jul (around 11am). That is less than 48hrs. Excellent service. And I found that Flipkart's service is consistently excellent. In fact, with zero shipping, I even saved time and petrol cost as I need not go around shops. Another point, most shops stopped keeping low cost mobiles and they do not have so any choices. Regarding the phone -- the features it has is excellent. I wonder, how can they make a phone so cheap with every feature (bluetooth, video player, audio player, SD card, dual SIM, FM, FM recording, big screen, headphone), for Just Rs.1490/-. But most of those features will not be used by mom :-( 2 trivial issues that I found in the phone -- the keys feel very cheap (OK, phone is cheap) and I could not reduce the ring tone to a lesser volume. If I spend some time, I might be able to resolve the volume issue (might be).

A good phone for basic use!
It has been almost 2 years I bought this phone from flipkart and I'm happy to say it has never given me any problems till now and is working fine. I'm glad I chose to buy this phone. It does all the work it claims decently and is a great mobile for people looking for a mobile for just basic uses though it has very good music player which is appreciated at this price. Pros: 1. Music player is loud enough to fill a whole room. Another feature I loved is that you can record music from the radio which I could not do from my old nokia mobile! This way you need not really think about downloading you favorite songs, just record! 2. Bluetooth is also working fine and memory card has to be added as the phone memory is only 10kb and nothing can be done excepting saving a few messages. 3. The camera of course cannot take hi-5 images as it is only 1.3 mp though with good lighting you can click pictures of faces from a short distance. Since I use my professional camera for pictures, I have hardly taken any pictures in this mobile. 4. I must say it is durable! My phone keeps falling from the desk or out of my pocket at least once a day or two and after almost 2 years, there is no scratch except a little crack on the corner which is fine as it is not even visible if not observed keenly. 5. I have to talk about the volume while talking. It's amazing. You can even hear hear the voices of the other person clearly even if you are in traffic which was not possible in my old nokia and I had to use headset. This is the best thing I love about this phone. 6. One point I should not miss is this phone has never hanged from the day one till date. Other features include flash light, world clock, alarm, calendar (Hindu and English), task manager, auto call recording. Cons: Message storage capacity is only 100 in the phone and then it will get stored in the sim. This was never a problem for me since I do not have the habit of storing old messages, I delete them every 2 or 3 days. The flashlight is not bright enough if you want to use it as a torch. You don't have any games expect the old F1 race. Overall this phone is a very good buy at this price. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a basic phone with good durability.
