An organised Scam By Flipkart and the seller
Be aware everyone A big organised scam by Flipkart. The seller is selling previously purchased refurbished phone with new seal pack condition. When I faced some battery drainage issue I called multiple times to the Flipkart customer care they advised me to go to the Brand service centre within 7 days for replacement of the product.I got the delivery at 14th September and I went to the Brand Service Centre today 18th September 2024 .I had 3 more days left in my hand for replacement. But after service centre visit I got an unexpected news from them.They told me that my phone was purchased on 24 August 2024 But my Flipkart delivery date is 14 th September 2024 That's why they can't replace my phone they can repair it under warranty policy. They share me the detail of the mobile and told me that some customers are getting few months old devices from the online sellers And Flipkart is not taking any responsibility. The Brand can't replace the product because the 7 day limit has crossed. I will not purchase any smartphone from Flipkart. again. Please don't waste your Hard earned money.
