It's an Android One which means Google at core don't see it as a Micromax device but rather a Google one.... it's 3G but at this price of 3500/- it'll be a wonderful smartphone for the elderly people with simple software....I brought it on January 1 2019 for my grand mother and it suited her well.... recommend only for elderly.
