No doubt on the product and the quality, the sound quality is one of the best. I am willing to give 5 stars but deducted 1 star as the ear buds are not snugly fit and comes out the ear very regularly and there is no option for it which will securely fit the bud in the ear. I would sincerely request to Anker Soundcore Team to look into the design and fit, as it is destroying the listening experience. Instead of enjoying the music, i am cautious about the buds as if it is going to fall in a while. Thanks Bira Kishore

Facing a very unusual issues from few weeks
I have purchased this product on 2nd nov 2020. I would like to point an issue which I have recently started facing; people on the other end hear my voice bearly audible over a cellular network (airtel) whereas in WhatsApp call, video call people can hear me quite loud & clear rest the music experience is awsome no complain over it. I hope the Soundcore team helps me out pretty soon over this.
