I received the product...but the ANC is pathetic wen on call and the same goes with wen playing music...I can hear the sould of the outside people so clearly...the ANC doesn't work the build quality is good but not the fit quality wen you put in in your ear using the open and closed..after a certain time you wil want to remove it because the outer layer of the ear gives immense pain. I am not comparing this earphones but I have the nothing ear it is jus the best wen compared with jBl....I have asked for a return but now to confirm this that the ANC is not up to the mark Flipkart sends a tech to confirm I don know how would he confirm and then the product would be returned. But I think Flipkart should value the customers because this is really a bulllshit product
