Very poor
Guys i recently purchased this In June 2020 and I am not satisfied with it. 1.Sound/bass clarity is not good. 2.Pause/Play button will not work when you play with laptop. Only compatible with mobile phone. 3.Headphones are bit tight, you cannot wear for a long time. 4.There is no mute option in this headphones-eventually you cannot use it for office conference calls. 5. Not meant for a music lovers Since i am not satisfied with it, i raised a request for return and they sent the technician and he checked it, listened to my complaints and next day I received a message that your return request is cancelled from Flipkart without even intimating me. I had a similar experience with flipkart few years ago and I stopped buying in Flipkart. After long time i want to give a try again but facing the same worst experience again I never faced this kind of experience with Amazon.
