Honestly, I really liked the product. It was really good but it's been only 4 months and It's not working properly. One side of it is damaged. On the contrary, this was the only set of earphones whom I took care of in a nice way, always kept it de-tangled and in a pouch or tied properly...still I'm surprised. How do I apply for warranty?

Better look for sennheiser cx213 than jbl t160.cx213 doesn't have any inbuilt mic and buttons...but can use phone mic for calling.. If you give higher priority for calling then jbl T160 is a solid pick On the other hand if give value for bass and crystal clear sound quality then sennheiser cx213 would be your pick..It enriches your music experience..
