Did not meet expectations
Have been using this product for around 6 month. Purchased it for Workout as it was IP rated.. but didnot last for more than 3 sessions. One side of the ear piece completely gave up and other side is on the way to the grave. Sound quality is very average. Bass and Treble is not up to the mark. Better save a little more and buy a Good brand Truly Wireless. You can go for Sony or Samsung or any other brands which atleast provide service. With HRX you will have to ship the product to it's service centre location

Ordered this product after watching the reviews, thought it was good, it arrived on time, the sound was okay for the price range but within 12 hours left side of earpod stopped working, I requested a replacement. The story starts here, Flipkart does make it very hard for someone to replace or return something, first someone will call you to hear what the problem is, they try their level best to annoy you and make sure that you give up returning it, but if in someway you convince them that the product is faulty, they will send an engineer which takes some days, he comes and checks the thing and then he attaches his report which takes few days again. And now you wait for the replacement, days go by you even forget about it, the replacement is yet to arrive. Overall, the whole process is time taking, and since the product stopped working in one day, you dnt really have high hopes for the replacement to work properly. Money wasted, time wasted.

Never buy this product. Left earphone working fine but right earbud is working like crap. Disbalanced sound, no support whatsoever from HRX. That was my mistake to buy this brand go to any other brand apart from this. Right side earbud volume is close to none
