About performance

The performance is some what good. but i didn't satisfy what i except. the graphics card they said 720m but i got 820m.

Lenovo S510P Notebook (OD300946241812818300)

I have received delivery of this item on 11th October, 2014. I have opened the package on 13th October, 2014. The monitor gave a message 'Charger connected, not charging'. Another message 'Battery damaged, needs replacement' was displayed. I have immediately lodged a complaint to get the same repaired or replace it. Your Customer Service Centre was the worst and no action has been initiated despite regular contacts from my side. Finally, your Executive asked me to visit Lenovo Service Centre & get their quote for replacing the same. This could have been done ten days ago. Please do not supply inferior products and dupe the customers. If you do not have the capacity to service such high end products, better refrain from selling such products. I have made a worst decision in purchasing the Laptop from Flipkart. I will never purchase anything / recommend Flipkart in future. Your rating is zero on a scale of five. Hence no rating is given.
