not fully satisfied
after using this product for almost 6 months i came to the following conclusions 1.using itunes in this laptop is very bad idea,itunes work super slow in this laptop like that in a turtle speed, 2.the laptop hangs very often,battery life is also poor,and sometines the touchpad wont work, 3.the graphics are very poor quality, 4.the screen display is the worst ,it has a very low pixel density,and screen colour saturation and brightness is the worst 5.it takes a lot of time to boot or to restart or to go to sleep mode. overall never go for this product look for other alternatives from different brands like sony or dell..etc

After 7years of HP Laptop now i am reviewing the product. It was great experienced that i feel for this product & HP customer care and service team both were also supportive. It was excellent product but now my laptop motherboard short-circuited and battery back life over now.
