Really good laptop. The design is also good. Boot time is really low because of SSD. Would totally recommend the product. Deducted a star for Flipkart service. I have faced this multiple times, they claim to give good exchange value, and even with the slightest scratch on the body, they reduce the value of the product by more than 50%. Not sure If they are hoping for people to give back a new product in exchange. This is kind of a scam and most people end up paying cash when the delivery person reduced the value of the exchange products significantly.

The best in the market for Hp + x360 + Ryzen... Product is Awesome.....but.......!!!!!! Deducted 1 star for Flipkart exchange scam. It's a total fraud system which makes you buy the same product at discounted rate(false btw)...in this case Hp laptop with exchange of 9k for my old laptop which did not happen due to just a scratch that wasn't even on the screen...just on the edge of the laptop. So why the hell should we buy from your e-commerce when we can avail the same product for hp official stores. The only reason I opted to buy from here was for the exchange offer but they duped me.... So in the future I won't be buying any electronic items via Flipkart.... It's just plain & simple, I lost my faith in them...gonna revert back to the simple old offline retail stores. Goodbye Flipkart Electronics !!!
