Useless product
When it comes to electronics, do not purchase products not bought by anybody yet. This laptop cost me 84,000 Rupees. I was too blinded by the specs that reality hit me hard. This review can be useful specifically to non gamers. Do not purchase this product if you are not a gamer. PROS:: My old macbook air without hdd+ssd comb, with only 128 gb ssd is superior to this in so many ways. CONS:: 1.Heavy weight. Not portable. 2.Very very very very poor display. I regret spending money on a machine on which I cannot appreciate watching a video. Very bad display resolution. 3.Poor on looks. Non gamers will not appreciate this product because it looks like a suitcase and feels like a suitcase. 4.Very poor audio quality.lot of noise,low clarity. 5.Very poor battery standby. As expected from a gaming machine. The biggest lesson I have learnt is please go to a local store, test the specs of the product, test the product, check out audio and video quality of the laptop and then purchase it. Flipkart is clearly seller friendly and not buyer friendly. 84,000 Rupees gone waste, with no refund option. The return policy must be made user friendly. There are many products at this cost available out there. The 2 in 1s, convertibles. Please visit local stores and buy electronics. Totally frustrated.

A top drawer powerhouse!! Very praiseworthy product indeed. Will clarify a few doubts people usually have, & so did I before buying. The keyboard is backlit (intensity can be customized)...& the color is royal blue, which looks lovely (I prefer switching it off tho') The ram is 8 gigs, which is quite low compared to the other specs...however, literally nothing lags. I bought it for programming, but then, with matlab 2020 & 9 chrome tabs running in background, I was able to play Nier Automata at highest settings with decent fps...perhaps the alienware command centre allows the game to eat up a lot of ram by temporarily neutralizing the background tasks...plus you have a very good SSD. The G button (F7) toggles a cyclone inside, 😛 thus cooling the interior. Laptop looks premium despite being a slightly heavy plastic product...awesome IPS panel & keyboard, matte touchpad is a bit dry (a glossier one I'd have preferred)...but big with sufficient travel distance. a must buy!!

Best in the market!
I was little afraid before buying this laptop online, because its very costly item. But finally i decided to buy this laptop on flipkart as one of my friend suggested to do so. He told me only genuine people sell there goods on flipkart. So then i took a risk and purchased it. I received it in 3days only. I am writing this review just after a week of receiving it. When i opened the box, i saw it is properly packed. No physical damages were there, everything seemed intact. Then after that i started it, do all the basic setup process to start it on wifi. When it get started, i saw what is inside of it going into specifications. Whatever mentioned above is present inside so took little relief. Then i saw 4k video on it, guys my experience with this laptop is amazing. Picture quality is too good and sound is more than enough for one room. It sounds like we are playing something on speakers. Loud enough and beat sound quality. Looks are also pretty different as compared with other gaming laptops and looks nice in first sight. So if you're planning to buy this please go ahead. It's total package of advance technology in perfect price aa compared with acer predator and lenovo legion series laptops. Those are very expensive and not even worth of buying at that cost. Only one drawback with this laptop is battery don't last for long time. Max 3hrs backup though it is saying 8hrs in specs. Its not true. So my advice is don't expect for long lasting battery. But besides battery overall its very nice product in very competitive price. I am happy with what i got. Thanks to seller for genuine product.
