Value for Money. Some desirable aspects too
Pro : * super fast - boots in few seconds. Loads even heavy games in less than 40secs * Unlike what online reviewers were suggesting, the fans are not noisy even in turbo mode * Did not overheat until date * Screen size helps to watch movies better * Dolby effects especially while listening to music/watching movies are just awesome Cons : * Do not know whether it is a fault with my device alone, the screen suddenly tend to flicker a lot and moving the screen back and forth once, tend to fix this!! If it happens again, will take it for service * Brightness not ideal under daylight usage. Need better brightness * Sound is neither loud, nor too low. However, desirable to have better speakers Conclusion : Very good laptop for the money (1.2lakhs), considering the shortage of CPU/GPU and the sky rocketing prices. A good investment Caveat : My experiences could be relative to other laptops at home (Len ideapad 310 with 12GB ram + 2GB graphics; DELL latitude3410 w. 16GB RAM; Dell Inspiron with 8GB RAM etc.). There is a massive difference in performance of this ASUS against all of the aforementioned laptops.
