The biggest issue is with the design of the laptop itself. Hot air out issue: Heat flow is directly on the screen which is going to have a bad impact soon enough. During heavy graphics works like gaming and stuff, the laptop heats a lot... And releases very hot air directly on the screen and the temperature on that area of screen goes very high. Keyboard design issue: Keyboard layout is not good too... Numpad is just adjusted there, looks like it doesn't belong in there. Power button is similar to normal keyboard button. It should be atleast a little bit different that the other buttons on the keyboard.. may be a little bit tighter or hard to press or something like that... Processor: 1240P is decent but there are better processors in 11th gen. To conclude its a good laptop but the build quality and the laptop design could have been much better.

Delightful
Bought it two days ago. Was a quick delivery from Flipkart's side. Looking at the performance, I see the RAM management isn't something that's really great. Looks like it could be a bit more better. The exhaust placed near the hinge is giving me some doubts on how long my display might last if the heat dissipation is too much and often. Apart from that, I think the laptop is good in terms of boot speed, and build quality. Though, I feel a bit more could be improved on the build side. Good for a beginners laptop. Since RAM upgrade is possible upto a max of 32GB as advertised, it should become a beast if you push to the max limits.
