The devices come in configurations offering 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM, with storage options ranging from 256GB to a massive 1TB. The base model boasts a 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage configuration, while the rest of the series comes equipped with 16 GB of RAM.

Wireless charging is also an option, with a 50W capacity. Additionally, the device boasts an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Xiaomi 14 Software – HyperOS

HyperOS, Xiaomi’s innovative new operating system, is set to replace MIUI on compatible devices gradually, with MIUI continuing to be supported on older models. The Xiaomi 14 series will be among the first to feature HyperOS right out of the box, promising a fresh and dynamic user experience. However, Xiaomi has not yet disclosed when other devices in its lineup will make the transition from MIUI to the new operating system.
