Xiaomi 14 Civi India Launch Confirmed: Might be a rebrand of Civi 4 Pro

Leading smartphone brand Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its first-ever Civi Smartphone in India. Xiaomi 14 Civi will be the first Civi smartphone to come to India and is expected to be an alternative to the flagship Civi 4 Pro that went official in China.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: Launch date

Xiaomi 14 Civi will launch in India on 12th June. The announcement also confirms the design of the smartphone which is different for the Indian market. While Xiaomi 14 Civi is a rebrand of Civi 4 Pro that was launched in China recently, its design is different from the China variant.

While it is expected to join the flagship lineup of Xiaomi, but is expected to be a more affordable variant that will compete with the likes of iqoo 12 and OnePlus 12R.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: Expected India Price

The pricing of Xiaomi 14 Civi is still shrouded in mystery but if we consider the Civi 4 Pro, it starts at CNY 2999 (Rs. 35,100) in China for the base model with 12GB+256GB storage. So, Xiaomi 14 Civi might be priced along similar lines in India.

Xiaomi 14 Civi will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It will feature a 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on top.

In terms of camera, Xiaomi 14 Civi will have a 50MP main along with a 12MP ultrawide and a 50MP telephoto lens at the back. At the front will be a 32MP selfie camera. It will run Xiaomi HyperOS with Android 14 and pack a 4700mAh battery under the hood with 67W fast charging capability. The smartphone will be 7.45mm thick and weigh 179.3 grams.

More details will be revealed as the launch date gets closer.
