Tecno Pova 2 with massive 7000mAh battery launched in India: Here are details

Tecno has launched its Tecno Pova 2 smartphone in India. The key highlights of the Tecno Pova 2 are – 48MP quad rear camera, FHD+ display, Helio G85 SoC, massive 7000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging. 

Tecno Pova 2 Price & Availability

Tecno Pova 2 has been priced at INR 10,999 for the 4GB + 64GB and INR 12,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variants. The phone will retail through Amazon from August 5 onwards. Also, the company will be offering INR 500 instant discount coupon on both variants. The Pova 2 will be available in three colors – Polar Silver, Energy Blue, and Dazzle Black. 

Tecno Pova 2 Features

The Tecno Pova 2 comes with a 6.95-inch full HD+ display with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and punch-hole camera at the top. The back panel flaunts a quad-camera system featuring a 48MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, a 2MP macro shooter, and an AI module. The front snapper has an 8MP sensor similar to its predecessor Tecno Pova.

For performance, the Pova 2 features an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset which is coupled with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB built-in storage along with an expansion slot via a microSD slot. The device runs on HiOS 7.6 skin based on Android 11. 

The most exciting feature of the Tecno Pova 2 is its beefy 7000mAh battery. The phone ships with an 18W fast charger. Connectivity options inlcudes dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Pova 2 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
