The Samsung Galaxy S series can be dubbed one of the most prominent flagship lineups from the brand. A recent example of the same was the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, which created a boom in the smartphone industry all over the globe. In a recent update, it has been revealed that we will get to see the Samsung 200MP sensor in the next three future generations of the Samsung Galaxy S Ultra series. Popular tipster Revegnus has shared the roadmap of the sensors that will be used in the upcoming Galaxy S series smartphones.

If we go by the leak, then the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will get a similar lens as the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Apart from that, the Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Galaxy S26 Ultra will also include the 200MP primary shooter. Not only this, but the details suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra will ship with an 11.12-inch ISOCELL GN2 sensor. While we agree that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will get the ISOCELL HP 2 lens, speculations are that the smartphone will get some software-level optimizations for better performance and camera prowess.

As for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, the tipster has mentioned that these two handsets will flaunt the second generation of the ISOCELL HP2 sensor. Nonetheless, the sensor will retain the original 200MP resolution for delivering high-quality images. According to the leaks, the successor of ISOCELL HP2 will offer better results in terms of low-light image processing with better light receivers and nanophotonics. It is also being said that the sensor will be built on a 17nm process node.

Coming to the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra, this will most probably be the first one not to include the 200MP sensor and move a step ahead in the game. The tipster said that the Galaxy S27 Ultra will get a 1/1.12-inch lens. No other details regarding the devices have been revealed until now. Moreover, the information shared above is not confirmed officially by Samsung. Keeping that in mind, users are suggested to take all of it with a pinch of salt.
