A new Samsung phone by the name Galaxy A22 5G is here. It is currently available at ₹21,990 on Amazon India. This newcomer is different from the 4G variant which had launched a few weeks before. It comes powered by a Dimensity 700 chipset, a slightly bigger 6.66-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a triple camera setup, among other things.

Galaxy A22 sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT display on the front. Within its Infinity-V cutout resides the phone’s 8MP selfie camera. Flip to the back and there you have got a 48MP triplet consisting of a 5MP (F2.2) ultrawide snapper and a 2MP (F2.4) depth shooter.

Unlock the device and you will be dealing with Android 11 based Samsung One UI 3.1.
The software is laid on top of the Dimensity 700 chipset with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The storage can be extended up to 1TB with the help of a micro SD card.
Other specifications include goodies like a side fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB type C port. You get to plug in a 15W charger that powers the 5000mAh battery.
