Samsung India has silently rolled out a new smartphone in its A-Series. The Samsung Galaxy A06 has been launched in the country which is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A05 that came out last year. Galaxy A06 originally launched in Vietnam a few days ago and now it has come to India as well. The entry-level smartphone has features like dual-band WiFi, a 5000mAh battery, 25W charging, and a unique patterned design for the back panel. It aims to give tough competition to the likes of Itel P55 5G, Poco M6, Redmi 13C, and more.

Samsung Galaxy A06: Price & Availability
The Samsung Galaxy A06 comes in two storage configurations-
- 4GB RAM+64GB storage-Rs. 9999
- 4GB RAM+128GB storage-Rs. 11,499
It comes in gold, light blue, and black hues and will be up for grabs via the Samsung India website.

Samsung Galaxy A06: Specs
Samsung Galaxy A06 is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset with Mali G52 GPU, 4GB RAM, and up to 128GB storage. The storage is expandable with a microSD card. It sports a 6.7-inch HD+ panel with 1600×720 pixel resolution. There is a waterdrop notch for an 8MP selfie sensor at the front.
The smartphone runs Android 14 One UI out of the box and has been promised two years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches. There is a 50MP camera at the back along with a 2MP secondary lens. Under the hood is a massive 5000mAh powerhouse with 25W wired charging.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G LTE, GPS and USB-C port. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack for listening to music the traditional way. Samsung Galaxy A06 measures 167.3×77.3×8.0mm and weighs 189 grams.
