Officially, the Redmi K60 is all set to make the entry on December 27, which is around three days from now. The series will consist of three smartphones – Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E.

In a recent development, it has been revealed that the three smartphones will ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, and a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. It seems quite clear with the performance capabilities of these processors that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor will be part of the Redmi K60 Pro.

What else do we know?

In the leaked details, it has been confirmed that the Redmi K60 Pro will ship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. On the other hand, the Redmi K60 will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Other details regarding the Pro variant suggest that it will get 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. However, the storage capacity of the smartphone has not been revealed until now. To tackle all the heating and lagging issues, the Remdi K60 Pro will feature a 5000 mm square vapour chamber liquid cooling area.

Apart from that, all the specific details related to the specifications and features of the smartphone are under wraps. Some generic leaks and rumours mention that the series will make a debut with an AMOLED display and 2K resolution supports topped up with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of battery, we can get to see a 5500mAh battery with fast charging support of up to 120W. Expectations are that the smartphones will have a triple rear camera system, including a 50MP primary shooter.
