Realme X3 SuperZoom with 60x zoom & 120Hz display goes official

True to its name, the newly launched Realme X3 SuperZoom happens to have a sizeable 60x zooming capability. This is Realme’s first phone with a periscope camera. Speaking of the camera, this one boasts 6 in total. Not just that, the phone also presents an enticing set of specs including a Snapdragon 855+ chipset and a 120Hz display.

Realme X3 SuperZoom highlights

The fascia measures 6.6-inch in size and is Full HD+ LCD panel with a dual punch-hole cutout. The display also comes with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 480 nits of peak brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate.

Unlock the phone using the side-mounted fingerprint reader or your face to use the Realme UI based on Android 10 software. This is lying on top of Snapdragon 855+ chipset. The internals also comprises of 12GB RAM, 256GB ROM, a Liquid Cooling System, and a 4,200mAh battery. The latter is bolstered by a 30W high-speed charger.

Now, coming to the main course, ie the cameras. Specs-wise, it sports a 64MP quartet. The main sensor is partnered by an 8MP ultrawide lens, an 8MP periscope (5x optical; 60x digital) zoom lens and a 2MP macro camera. Realme X3 also features a Starry Mode that lets you capture the constellations at night hours.

In the audio department, you get Dolby Atmos and DTS sound, but no 3.5mm jack.

Realme X3 SuperZoom price, availability

Realme X3 SuperZoom has currently launched in Europe at EUR 499 (~Rs 41,000) for the solo 12GB + 256GB variant. It will hit the stores in Glacier Blue and Arctic White hues.

Although the Indian pricing and availability aren’t revealed yet, you could expect an imminent arrival.
