Realme 9i 5G is incoming and launching on August 18th. The phone brings onboard a MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC along with a majestic triple rear camera with lenses protruding above the panel. The Chinese smartphone maker has been posting a teaser dubbing the upcoming phone as “The 5G Rockstar”.
Realme 9i 5G Launch, Pricing and Availability
The teaser mentions that the Realme 9i 5G is released with Dimensity 810 5G SoC. It has a Laser Light Design and it is launching on August 18th at 11:30 PM.
We aren’t aware of the pricing yet although we have a reference for Realme 9i 4G to check out. The Realme 9i 4GB+64GB is priced at INR 13,999/- while the 6GB+128GB fetches a price tag of INR 15,999/-. The pricing for Realme 9i 5G is higher than that of its 4G variant which is quite natural so expect a higher price tag.
Realme 9i 5G Expected Specifications
Although we do know a tad bit of key specs for the upcoming Realme 9i 5G, there are some speculations around other specs. There are Black, Golden, and Blue colorways. It is likely to get 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB+128GB options with the upcoming device.
Realme 9i 5G will bring in better specs than the 4G variant which includes the aforementioned 5G processor, a 5000mAh battery, and a fast refresh rate among others.

Realme 9i 4G is available in two colorways – Prism Blue and Prism Black. The phone brings onboard a Snapdragon 680 SoC, 6.6” FHD+ panel, and Realme UI 2.0 with Android 11. There’s a 16MP front and a 50MP+2MP+2MP triple rear camera. There’s a dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and a 5000mAh battery with 33W Dart Charge onboard.
