Realme 14x to launch in India this month: Features & Pricing tipped

Tech giant Realme is gearing up to launch the next number series soon. The Realme 14 Series is arriving in India as well as globally, with the first launch from the series being Realme 14x 5G. Realme 14x 5G will be a budget-friendly smartphone that will reportedly arrive in India on 18^th December 2024. The phone will succeed Realme 12x as the brand did not launch an ‘x’ version in the Realme 13 Series.

Realme 14x 5G: Details

Reports claim that the Realme 14x 5G will feature a refreshed design. It will come with an IP69 rating making it highly resistant to dust and water, which is usually not seen in budget-friendly smartphones. The Realme 14x 5G will pack a 6000mAh battery for those who need an extended performance.

At the front, Realme 14x 5G is tipped to feature a 6.67-inch HD+ panel which will be an IPS LCD screen. In terms of chipset too, Realme 14x will get an upgrade from Dimensity 6100+ SoC which was seen in Realme 12x. Paired with the chipset will be three memory configurations- 6GB RAM+128GB storage, 8GB RAM+128GB storage, and 8GB RAM+256GB storage to cater to the diverse needs of consumers. Realme 14x will come in three hues- Crystal Black, Golden Glow, and Jewel Red.

The smartphone has a square-shaped camera module which is a shift from the typical circular module seen on earlier Realme phones. This will offer a design refresh to the Realme 14x smartphone.

Realme hasn’t officially teased the launch yet, but that will happen soon as the launch is expected to take place this month itself.
