OnePlus 9RT first sale to go live in India during Amazon’s republic day sale, price starts at Rs. 42,999

OnePlus has launched OnePlus 9RT which is a successor to the previously unveiled OnePlus 9R. It is an affordable high-end offering that comes with Snapdragon 888 chipset and multiple storage configurations.

Along with the OnePlus 9RT, OnePlus has also launched OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS which will cater to the budget TWS consumers.

OnePlus 9RT Price & Availability

OnePlus 9RT storage variants available are-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 42,999
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 46,999

It will be available in 2 colors- Nano Silver and Hacker Black. OnePlus 9RT will be up for sale during Amazon’s upcoming Republic Day Sale (mostly on 17th Jan). It will be available on the OnePlus website, app, Amazon, and other partner stores.

Consumers who purchase OnePlus 9RT will get 6 months of Spotify Premium for free in India.

OnePlus Buds Z2 are priced at Rs. 4999 in black and white colors in India. Early Access will start on January 17th on the OnePlus app and website while the open sale goes live on January 18th. It will be available on the OnePlus website, app, Amazon, Flipkart, and other partner stores.

OnePlus 9RT Specs

As mentioned above, the OnePlus 9RT is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and has up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It sports a 6.62-inch full HD Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 1300Hz. It will have an aspect ratio of 20:9, DCI-P3 color gamut, 397ppi pixel density, sRGB, and Gorilla Glass Protection.

 It packs a 4500mAh battery with warp charge 65T for fast charging at 65W along with an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. There is 5G connectivity as well. It runs on Android 11 with OnePlus OxygenOS on top. It has 3 Wi-Fi antennas for better connectivity along with dual SIM support, 5G, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, a haptic vibration motor, USB Type-C port, an alert slider, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

OnePlus 9RT has a triple camera setup on the rear that consists of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 16MP ultrawide camera with 123-degree FOV, and a 2MP macro lens. There is a 16MP front camera for selfies and videos too. It has DOL-HDR technology that might help in low-light photography. OnePlus 9RT supports up to 60fps 4K video shooting, 1080p slow-motion video recording, super night scene mode, professional mode, timelapse photography, and more.

It weighs 198.5 grams and is 8.29mm thick.

OnePlus Buds Z2 Specs

The OnePlus Buds Z2 is a TWS that comes with an in-ear design. It is equipped with an 11mm driver unit and has Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. It supports SBC and AAC codecs and provides an Active Noise Cancellation of up to 80dB. It has a 3 mic setup for noise and wind reduction.

The charging case has a 520mAh battery whereas the buds have a 40mAh battery each. It is said to give 38 hours of playback in totality. Moreover, 10-minute quick charge is said to give up to 5 hours of playback. The TWS has a triple microphone setup for noise reduction and support for Dolby Atmos.
