The Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola has confirmed the Moto G35 5G’s launch date, a budget smartphone that will cost under Rs. 10,000. While the phone offers decent features, its highlight is the presence of 12 5G bands, which, as per the company, make it the fastest 5G smartphone in the segment. Let’s check out the information published through the product’s Flipkart landing page.

First and foremost, the phone will feature a vegan leather design and come in three colors: orange, green, and black. Further, it is just 7.79mm thick and weighs 185 grams.

Moto G35 5G Specifications

The Moto G35 5G will go official in India on December 10, 2024, at 12 PM IST. Out of the box, it will feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ screen that supports 1,000 nits peak brightness. Further, the screen will support a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Last but not least, it comes with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. The phone will also provide vision booster and night vision mode.

Besides the capable screen, the phone also features dual stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos.

Under the hood, the Moto G35 will run on the UniSoc T60 SoC, along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Interestingly, the phone will feature a 50MP quad-pixel camera capable of recording 4K videos at 30 fps. Further, there’s an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 16MP selfie shooter on board. Powering the smartphone is a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 20W wired charging.

While the phone runs on Android 14, Motorola has promised to provide one year of operating system upgrades and two years of security updates. Some key software features include Family Space, wherein users can create Safe Space for their kids, ThinkShield Protection against malware, and Moto Secure for protecting sensitive information. 

Regarding connectivity, the Moto G35 supports the segment’s fastest 5G (under Rs. 10,000) with 125G bands. It also supports four carrier aggregation, 4×4 MIMO, and VoNR.
