Pankaj Tripathi starrer popular crime-action series Mirzapur is all set to return with its 3rd season. Just like the previous two seasons, the third season is also expected to spring some surprises in terms of storyline. The basic storyline will follow the lead of seasons 1 and 2 as the lives of the Tripathi and the Pandit family will be entangled together in each other’s lives after an appalling incident at a wedding procession. While Akhanandanand Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya is the mafia king of Mirzapur along with being a millionaire carpet exporter, Ramakand Pandit is an upright lawyer. Mirzapur Season 3: Release Date
Although season 3 was officially confirmed, but the actual release date is yet to be announced. The speculations are rife that season 3 will stream by the end of 2022. This is because many actors have announced the wrap for Mirzapur 3 via their social media accounts. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
Mirzapur Season 3 Trailer/Teaser
For the first time, Amazon Prime Video has come up with a hint for the launch of Season 3 of Mirzapur. The OTT platform has shared a teaser poster from its Twitter account, in which there is a mention of a football match at the bottom, but a folder of Mirzapur season 3 is visible in the top corner and the caption says- “We are all set”. This hints towards the launch date announcement soon. Also, Alia Fazal who plays Guddu bhaiya also revealed about the shooting being almost over. Now, all we have to do is wait for Prime Video to make an announcement soon.
The wait for the trailer continues as Amazon Prime is yet to give a sneak peek into season 3. It is expected to have 9 episodes just like seasons 1 and 2.

Season 3 is expected to be even more gritty than the previous 2 installments. The rivalry between Kaleen Bhaiya and Guddu has become fierce with neither of them wanting to give up. Adding to the things is Madhuri Yadav, the CM of UP, Munna Bhaiya’s widow, and Kaleen Bhaiya’s daughter-in-law, whom he doesn’t like much. This game of throne is bound to turn even more gruesome this season.
