The MCU’s Avenger series was put to an end with the Avengers: Endgame in 2019, however, there have been tens of new projects in the pipeline. Marvel just released the final trailer for the upcoming movie dubbed “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” before it hits the theatres across India on May 6th. The trailer is mind-bending as it gives accounts of what both Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff have lost over the years.

Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness

The final trailer shows scenes from previous movies where Doctor Strange has appeared including Avengers: Infinity War and the original Doctor Strange. It shows Sorcerer Supreme Wong saying “Be careful which paths you travel down. Stronger than you have lost their way”. There is footage of WandaVision’s in the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Age of Ultron as well as the moments with her love interest Vision during the Infinity War movie.

Marvel has truly impressed the masses with carefully tailoring footage from several movies keeping both Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff at the center. As the movie suggests, playing with time has pushed the envelope of the multiverse thereby bringing onboard alternate versions of Doctor Strange such as Sinister Strange, Defender Strange, and Zombie Stranger while Wanda Maximoff’s Scarlet Witch has Zombie Scarlet Witch among others in the mix as well.

At the end of the final trailer, Wanda walks into a large hall to face the three-eyed Doctor Stranger delivering the dialogue “You break the rules and become a hero. I do it and I become the enemy. That Doesn’t seem fair” and that starts fierce combat against the two.

At the time of writing this extract, the trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness received over 2.12million views on YouTube alone. To put things into perspective, the final trailer was posted a few hours ago today i.e. May 5th, a day before the movie hits the theatres on May 6th.

Doctor Strange is played by actor Benedict Cumberbatch while Wanda Maximoff’s Scarlet Witch character is donned by actress Elizabeth Olsen. The movie is slated to launch in theatres near you in India on May 6th.
