Lenovo K5 Note with Helio P10 chipset and 5.5-inch FHD display launched

Within weeks of the official launch of K4 Note in India, Lenovo, in a surprising move, launched its successor K5 Note in China. The company has priced Lenovo K5 Note at CNY 1,099 in Mainland China and will be retailing it via online flash sales.

Talking about specifications, K5 Note has a lot more to offer in comparison with its predecessor, which is yet to stand its ground. The phone sports a full-metal exterior with Helio P10 SoC sitting tight at the heart of it. The 64-bit octa-core processor clicking at 1.8Ghz is accompanied by Mali-T860 GPU and 2gigs of RAM.

The phone borrows rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and Dolby Atmos speakers from Vibe K4 Note. Lenovo K5 Note flaunts a 5.5-inch LTPS Full HD display with 1920x1080p pixels. It is packed with 16GB of in-built storage which is expandable up to 128GB.

For Shutterbugs, there is a 13-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter at the front. The phone is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop which is layered with Vibe UI. Lenovo has packed a 3,500mAh battery with fast charging support inside K5 Note. The phone supports Dual SIM, 4G LTE and VoLTE which currently only Reliance Jio offers in India that too only to its employees.
