iQOO Z7 Pro 5G to debut in India on August 31: Read on to know more

Vivo’s sub-brand iqoo launched iQOO Neo 7 Pro in India last month, and now the brand is back with another major launch. iQOO has confirmed that it will announce iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in India on 31st August 2023. The company took to Twitter and issued a media invite to confirm the debut of their next iQOO-Z Series smartphone in the Indian market.

The smartphone is teased to have a curved display and a hole-punch cutout.

iQOO Z7 Pro 5G: Launch Confirmed

iQOO shared a poster of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G that confirms the launch date to be August 31. iQOO and Amazon have a similar microsite that showcases the design elements and features of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G. The smartphone has a curved display with a centrally positioned hole-punch cutout designed for the front-facing camera. Those interested can register for updates, enabling them to receive recent notifications related to the launch.

A report by NDTV claims that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G might be priced between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 in India.

iQOO Z7 Pro 5G: Expected Specs

Reports claim that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will sport a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone might be available in 2 RAM models- 8GB and 12GB and two storage options- 128GB and 256GB. It is said to be powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset which has achieved an AnTuTu score of 700,000.

iQOO Z7 Pro 5G is expected to have a dual rear camera setup including a 64MP primary lens with OIS and a 2MP secondary camera. At the front will be a 16MP lens for selfies. The smartphone is said to pack a 4600mAh battery under the hood with 66W fast charging.
