Some important specs of the upcoming iOOO 9 smartphone have surfaced online. iQoo 9 which is expected to launch in January is said to come with an improved display and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. iQOO 9 Pro might also be launched alongside iQoo 9 and both these phones will have upgrades over the iQoo 8 series which launched in August 2020. It had 2 models – iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro.

iQOO 9 expected specs
According to a tipster’s leaks on Weibo, the iQOO 9 will have a dedicated second-generation display chip to boost on-screen visuals. It would include dual pressure-sensitive shoulder buttons on the sides for games.
iQOO 9 is tipped to come with dual x-axis linear motors and dual speakers. It will reportedly have a 120Hz refresh rate and 120W fast charging support as well. iQOO 9 is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and a new heat dissipation system to maintain temperature. The smartphone will have a micro-head gimbal mechanism for its camera.

No other details are available about the upcoming iQOO 9 at the moment, but since the launch is expected in January, more details are bound to surface in the upcoming weeks.
iQOO 9 is expected to come to India too in January 2022.
