Infinix Note 7 and Infinix Note 7 Lite Announced: Specifications, Price, and Availability

Hong Kong-based smartphone manufacturer Infinix has announced two new mobile phones under the name of Infinix Note 7 and Note 7 Lite. The new devices feature quad rear cameras installed in a circular arrangement on Note 7 and in a rectangular module on Note 7 Lite. Both devices have 48MP camera, punch hole display, and 5000mAh battery. A new feature of the side-mounted fingerprint unlock sensor is also added to the new devices.

Infinix Note 7 Features

The Infinix Note 7 comes with 6.95-inch HD+ Infinity-O-display. The aspect ratio of the device is 20.5:9 and there is a punch-hole to accommodate the front camera. Under its hood, Infinix Note 7 holds octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Storage can further be extended up to 2TB through a microSD card slot.

The quadruple rear camera comprises of a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a low light video camera. A set of quad-LED lights also serves as a flash. As for selfies, the front camera capture 16MP resolution images.

Three color variants of Infinix Note 7

The Infinix Note 7 settles with a massive 5000mAh battery and has 18W fast charging. The manufacturer offers its own custom UI XOS 6.0 based on the Android 10 operating system. The phone retains 3.5mm audio jack.

Infinix Note 7 Lite Features

As the name suggests, Infinix Note 7 Lite is an inferior version of Note 7. The device has a 6.6-inch HD+ Infinity-O-display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Like Note 7, Note 7 Lite also features a punch-hole front camera, quadruple rear cameras, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and Android 10 OS. The front camera features an 8MP sensor with a single flash for selfies. The rear quad cameras include a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and a low light camera.

The Infinix Note 7 Lite is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, 4GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage capacity. The Lite version has external storage limited to 256GB. Other ‘Lite’ compromise is 10W charging support for the beefy 5000mAh battery.

The company has not yet revealed the prices of these devices. Both mobile phones will come in three color variants. We’d probably see these Notes making it to India once the pandemic situation resolves.
