The recent leaks from trusted leakster Evan Blass, case renders from Olixar and Chinese microblogging site Weibo reveals top-notch (no pun-intended) camera specs for the p30 series, which would make them an exciting buy for shutterbugs. We have shared the revealed specs of both phones separately below.
Huawei P30: Rumored Camera Specs
In his tweet, Evan Blass claims this phone to be an imaging powerhouse. In the rear, this phones would be boasting three cameras and the main sensor on the P30 will be a 40MP unit like the P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro. It is likely to have 5x lossless zoom, which is again same as the P20 Pro and Mate 20 Pro. If you want to click a selfie, you can do it with a 24MP front camera.

Huawei P30 Pro: Rumored Camera Specs
The P30 Pro render reveals a quad camera setup. Out of the four camera setup, the fourth one would be a cutting-edge 3D sensor, which would be better than the current TOF (time of flight) sensing technology. This would be used in 3D face scanning and modeling. They are likely to feature a 10x hybrid zoom with 5x optical zoom.
The front camera would be placed within a waterdrop notch, which would facilitate a higher screen-to-body ratio. The cases of this phone are already up for pre-order on some websites.
There are also rumors that it might sport a 38-megapixel Sony IMX607 sensor and could also purportedly use a curved OLED display panel from China’s BOE or South Korea’s LG Display.

Other Leaked Specs and Launch time
Both the phones would be powered by a 7nm HiSilicon Kirin 980 octa-core processor along with 8/12GB RAM for the base and Pro variant respectively. One the software side, they would be running on Android Pie-based EMUI 9.0 out of the box.
Huawei is expected to launch these at a dedicated event in March of 2019. We will keep you posted the updates related to this and other upcoming Huawei smartphones.
