Huawei ventures into Indian tablet space with the MediaPad T5. We had learned about the launch a few days back. And as our readers, its specifications, and features were no secret to you too. It is helmed by an octa-core Kirin 659 processor, backed by the EMUI software. It has an HD resolution display fixed on metal chassis. Huawei MediaPad T5 features
MediaPad T5 is 7.8 millimeters thick, weighs around 468g and has curved edges. Its mostly metal body exudes a premium look and is comfortable in hand. The LCD display is full HD, 10.1 in inches and offers a 16:10 aspect ratio.

The audio is delivered by dual stereo speakers with Huawei HiSten audio technology. You also get a micro USB port and a standard 3.5-millimeter headphone jack.
Coming to optics, its rear features a 5MP (f/2.4) camera and in the front, and a 2MP (f/2.4) upfront. There is no LED flashlight on this tablet. MediaPad T5 charms in a gentle black color.
It is geared by a proprietary HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core chipset, paired with upto 3GB of RAM and a 32GB eMMC onboard storage. It draws power from a 5100mAh battery. The software is EMUI based on Android 8.0 Oreo. You also get some nifty nice-haves like Eye-Comfort Mode, a dedicated Children’s Play corner, etc.
Huawei MediaPad T5 Price, Availability and Launch offer
Huawei MediaPad T5 with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage is priced at Rs. 14,990 in India. The bigger 3GB + 32GB model would be available at Rs. 16,990. The sale starts July 10 via Amazon India. The company hasn’t revealed other outlets.
As a part of the launch offer, you could also get a free flip cover and Huawei Earphone AM 12 worth Rs. 2,998 bundled for free.
