Made for Google Event is just a week away and as is the case with Google devices, many leaks and rumors have revealed almost everything about the upcoming Pixel devices. The lineup for the event includes Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 3, Pixel Watch 3XL, and Pixel Buds 3. Now since it is so close to the launch, it seems like review units have already started reaching concerned parties. This is the reason Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold has been spotted in a Starbucks café (in Taiwan) with the official case attached to it. This spotting in the wild also confirms the design of the next-generation foldable.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold: Spotted in the Wild

According to a report by Android Authority, the complete look of Pixel 9 Pro Fold has been revealed via a picture of the device that has been shared by someone on a private Facebook group. The picture was allegedly taken at a Starbucks Café in Taiwan and though there is no confirmation about who took it and who had the device, it certainly confirms the final look of the foldable. Since there is only a single capture of the device, it is clear that the owner of the device was trying to be as sneaky as he could.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold: Design Confirmed

The image confirms that the Pixel 9 Pro Fold has a narrower profile than the Pixel Fold. The device has a distinctive camera bump and conspicuous ‘G’ logo on the official case signifying Google branding. It is the first real-world look at the foldable in one of its official cases. The model looks to be in Obsidian shade, while the case seems to be in Porcelain color. The thickness of the case can’t be judged from this photo but it does appear to be thick enough to make it lay flat on the table. Otherwise, the camera bump would have made it wobbly.

The image also shows off how the foldable will look from the back when you unfold it. It has a squarish camera bump, a tall cover display featuring a punch-hole camera, and tactile side buttons. At the top are cutouts for the microphone and speaker. There is also a 6.3-inch outer screen. Since the renders have already surfaced online in the past, we do have an idea of how the foldable would look like, and this spotting in the wild falls in tandem with leaked renders.
