TL;DR
  • Eureka Forbes launched two premium Aquaguard purifiers: the Aspire Glow 4X for ₹37,000 and the Enrich Ritz Pro 4X for ₹38,000.
  • Both models include a 4-year unconditional warranty covering all parts, labor, and filter replacements. No AMC fees apply.
  • For ₹1,000 more, the Enrich Ritz Pro 4X adds WiFi, a stainless-steel tank, and app-based water-use tracking.

Eureka Forbes has launched two new water purifiers in India, but the main feature is the warranty, not the purification stages. The Aquaguard Aspire Glow 4X costs ₹37,000. The Enrich Ritz Pro 4X costs ₹38,000. Both include a 4-year unconditional warranty, which Eureka Forbes says is rare in a market where after-sales costs often exceed the original price. Eureka Forbes says this warranty covers all service, parts, and filter replacements for four years. You do not need to sign up for an AMC.

Most water purifier brands do not work this way. Usually, you pay upfront, then incur recurring filter changes and service visits that cost ₹3,000 to ₹6,000 each year. Eureka Forbes, known for door-to-door service, is betting that one premium payment with no surprise bills will appeal more than a cheaper machine that keeps costing you money.

Both purifiers use a 12-stage filtration system with RO, UV disinfection, Active Copper, and alkaline pH adjustment. Eureka Forbes says the NanoPore Long-Life Filter lasts up to four times longer and removes lead, mercury, arsenic, pesticides, and microplastics.

The Aspire Glow 4X includes an input/output TDS display, a mercury-free UV LED, and indicator lights for filter health and service alerts. It is the simpler choice.

The Enrich Ritz Pro 4X adds WiFi, a companion app to track water use and filter life, and a 304-grade stainless-steel tank instead of plastic. That is what the extra ₹1,000 buys.

Both machines work with municipal, borewell, and tanker water. That is standard for RO purifiers at this price.

Eureka Forbes is not just selling purification technology. It is selling predictability. The longer filter life and 4-year warranty shift the financial risk from you to the company. If the filters wear out early, Eureka Forbes pays for the replacements.
