Asus announces new laptops under ZenBook and VivoBook lineup with AMD Ryzen 5000 U-series Chips

Asus has launched a series of laptops in India under its ZenBook and VivoBook series. The new pack of laptops includes a ZenBook model and six VivoBook models. The laptops are powered by Ryzen 5000 U-Series chipset with different configurations and display features. 

Among the seven new Asus laptops, ZenBook 13 OLED model comes with premium features while the VivoBook series includes VivoBook S14, VivoBook Ultra K14/K15, VivoBook Flip 14, VivoBook 15, and VivoBook 17.

Asus ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325UA) Specs

  • The ZenBook 13 OLED features a 13.3-inch FHD OLED display with 1920x1080p resolution, 400nits peak brightness, 16:9 aspect ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and TUV Rheinland Eye Care certification. 
  • The ZenBook 13 is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 5700U or Ryzen 5 5500U processor coupled with AMD Radeon GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 1TB SSD storage.
  • It has a 67WHr battery with up to 16-hour backup and runs on Windows 10 Home. 
  • Connectivity options are – dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, one Type-A port, one HDMI port, one microSD reader, and one headphone/mic jack. 
  • The price of the ZenBook 13 OLED starts at Rs 79,990 in India.

Asus VivoBook S S14 (M433) Specs

  • The VivoBook S S14 comes with a 14-inch FHD IPS display with 1920x1080p resolution, an 85% screen-to-body ratio, 250nits peak brightness, and a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • The model is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U chipset coupled with an AMD Radeon chipset, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 1TB upgradable SSD storage. 
  • It is equipped with a 50Whr battery and runs on Windows 10 Home.
  • Connectivity options are – dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, two USB 2.0 ports, and one Type-C, Type-A, HDMI, and audio jack ports each.
  • The VivoBook S S14 is priced at Rs 65,990. 
Asus VivoBook S S14 (M433)

Asus VivoBook Ultra K14 (KM413) and K15 (KM513) Specs 

  • The VivoBook Ultra K14 sports a 14-inch FHD display while the Ultra K15 has a 15.6-inch FHD display with an LED-backlit panel and 250nits brightness.
  • The two K14 and K15 are equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 5700U or Ryzen 5 5500U processors integrated with an AMD Radeon GPU, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 512GB SSD storage. Meanwhile, the K15 also offers up to 1TB HDD storage.
  • The laptops are carrying a 42WHr battery and run on Windows 10 Home.
  • The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and other standard I/O ports. 
  • The VivoBook Ultra K14 and K15 are priced starting at Rs 58,990.
Asus VivoBook Ultra K14 (KM413)

Asus VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420) Specs

  • The VivoBook Flip 14 has a 14-inch FHD LED-backlit display.
  • There are three processor options available including AMD Ryzen 7 5700U, Ryzen 5 5500U, and Ryzen 3 5300U. It has an AMD Radeon integrated graphics card with up to 8GB RAM and up to 512GB SSD.
  • The battery capacity is 42WHr and runs on Windows 10 Home.
  • The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and standard physical ports.
  • The Flip 14 is priced at the starting cost of Rs 59,990.

Asus VivoBook Flip 14 (TM420)

Asus Vivobook 15 M515 Specs

  • The Vivobook 15 M515 gets a bigger 15.6-inch Full-HD LED-backlit display. 
  • The laptop is powered by AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processor paired with a Radeon GPU, 8GB DDR4 RAM, upgradable up to 1TB SSD, and a 2.5-inch SATA HDD slot.
  • It has a 37WHr Li-ion battery and runs on Windows 10 Home.
  • The connectivity options are Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, and standard physical ports.
  • The ASUS Vivobook 15 M515 is priced at Rs 54,990.

  • The VivoBook 17 has the biggest 17.3-inch FH display with anti-glare features and 45% NTSC coverage.
  • The VivoBook 17 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U chipset, AMD Radeon graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, up to 512GB SSD, and up to 1TB SATA HDD storage.
  • The laptop comes with a 47WHr battery and runs on Windows 10 Home.
  • The connectivity options remain the latest including dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and standard physical ports. 
  • The VivoBook 17 is priced at Rs 62,990 in India.
