Amazfit has released the trimmed down variants of the GTR and GTS watches, adding the ‘e’ suffix to their handles. But, you would see they still pack more than the essentials, if you gloss over the specs. There are trackers for stress, blood oxygen, and heart rate among other things. They both feature GPS and 5ATM water resistance.

Amazfit GTR 2e Specs
GTR 2e’s round bezel has a power button and a function button. The 42mm model comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED display. You can easily get notifications related to calls, message music, etc. on the display. The watch gives a battery backup of 45 days on basic watch mode and 24 days on smartwatch mode with all things fired up.
The smartwatch works smoothly on both Android (5.0 or above) and iOS 10 (and later). GTR 2e also offers water resistance up to 50 meters, i.e., you can also use it during swimming sessions in clean water. As far as activities and fitness aspects are concerned, you get 90 sports modes, ranging from trekking to skiing, trackers for in-depth sleep patterns, stress, blood oxygen, heart rate, etc.

Coming to the battery endurance, you could expect a 24-day runtime on basic watch mode and 14 days on general use.
The smartwatch works smoothly on Android 5.0 (and above) and iOS 10 (and later). In GTR 2e, you also get waterproofness up to 50 meters, i.e., you can also use it in swimming. The goodies include things like 90 sports mode (ranging from trekking to skiing), sleep monitoring, PPG tracker for blood oxygen, heart rate logger, and stress analyzer, among other things.

The company has launched GTR 2e in Obsidian Black, Grey Slate, and Matcha Green colors at a price of Rs. 9,999, and GTS 2e in Obsidian Black, Moss Green, and Lilac Purple also at Rs. 9,999.
