Packaging was good. AC is bit noisy and both the ac and remote are bulky. For being a trusted brand I considered this. Have to wait more to know its proper cooling n efficiency. Installation experience was not great. without opting for any part or extension i ended up paying 2100 as installation. its better to keep some minor things ready like protection tape, water pipe n all otherwise they charge much higher than market prices. found my other 1.2 ton carrier ac more better than this in terms of cooling, noise and features. things that doesn't come with package and are must in most cases- extra copper pipe, wire, protection tapes, water pipe extension, outdoor unit bracket( better to keep these things ready if you don't want hefty installation bill) pros- service network, value for money, 2 free service coupon, radium backlit remote cons- noisy, bulky, takes time to cool
