Does the job
The display is too bright for night use it feels like a light lamp while using in night. The cooling is sufficiently good. Got installation done at free of cost on 3rd day. Installation guys were very supportive the on-call samsung executive had an extremely poor support as she always use to say i will revert you back in 30 min and she never called back when i tried to reach out they simply ignored my 3 calls. But so far, so good! The AC is installed and it looks a bit out-dated.

Pros- Great price (1.5 ton 3 star Inverter AC @30K) Unmatched warranty (10yrs on compressor+5 yrs on condenser+5 yrs on PCB+5 yrs gas recharge) Built-in stabilizer (1500inr benefit) FREE installation (Plz note that this model currently has free installation offer if you purchase it via flipkart. Installation guy might ask you for 1180inr or 499inr as "installation charges" Don't fall in that trap, simply make him aware of this offer. In my case installation guy primarily asked for 1180inr and after some time he asked for 500inr. I denied for both. He cancelled the installation stating "customer is not willing to pay the installation charges" I registered a complaint on Samsung customer care and VOILA.. my AC was on the wall within 24 hours :D I paid for the outdoor unit stand only. I recommend to buy the stand from local market as it will cost you lesser than what installation guy will offer you at. Rest everything is just fine... Just like a normal AC Durafin condenser (it's an alloy condenser but with thicker walls and added protecting coatings which results in durability. Durafin uses approx 42% lesser refrigerant) Cons- Indoor unit doesn't show current room temp the led display only shows the temp you set. (Can't really complaint much bcoz of the super low price) Remote's LCD isn't backlit Alloy condenser (copper condenser is best when it comes to cooling, copper is repairable in case of leakage. This one has alloy condenser which basically is a combination of two or more metals with coatings of zirconium and chromium. Which of course is SLIGHTLY less cooling efficient but it only matters if you live in place with temp higher than 53 degrees. For me these cons are almost negligible. How much to expect in 30? At least I have a complete peace of mind for the next half of decade.. Tip- Before installation manage these things from your side via offline market.. 1-Outdoor stand (500-600rs) 2-AC Board (MCB Board 25amp or higher) 380-550rs 3-drainage pipe(normal water pipe) of desired length 4-Handwash/soap (for leakage checking) 5-Stabilizer (Only if you live in area having higher voltage fluctuations)
