After seeing the features mentioned by Flipkart and brand I decided to go in for this 1 Ton 3 Star Split AC but when I got installed this AC then the technician informed me that few of the main features listed by Flipkart do not even exist in this AC sudh as Dehumidification, Auto Cleanser, Follow me. On top of that even though there is Sleep button on Remote but I am not sure whether it works because there is no indication displayed either on AC or on Remote which means even Sleep mode feature does not exist. Also the remote does not have backlight so it is very tough to operate it at night. overall it is just an ordinary Split AC and now I doubt whether it is energy efficient as well or not. Flipkart and Carrier Midea company has put up wrong information on the website and I feel cheated. I called up Flipkart who asked me to talk with customer care or Carrier Midea company and when I called up Carrier Midea they asked me to talk with Flipkart because the product features are put up by Flipkart. I must warn potential buyers to keep these main points before buying this brand.
