Very Good
Cooling is very fast and good. Build quality is also awesome 👌. But not much energy efficient. Installation by jeeves was not much impressive but cooling and other functions are very good just like top brand ACs.

As a guy from North East planning to stay in Delhi for the next 4-5 years, I finally decided to get my own split AC, because I was tired of renting it and had a lot of problems with rental ACs and the Owners. So, as I was doing my research, this product caught my eye being an inverter AC and the cost was really budget friendly compared to others. I also read reviews and looked it up online thinking should I buy a product just because it's cheap and looks good or just get it from a trusted brand (literally it gave me some sleepless nights). Finally, after days of contemplating I mustured up my courage and bought it. I received the product after 4days and the people from Jeeves called me 2,3 hours after I received the product. I told them if they weren't busy I wanted to get the installation done that day itself. they came around 5 in the evening installed it and left. (tbh they did an OK/sastisfactory job). (I saw reviews of people living in other states facing installation issues, saying the installation guys not showing up for like a week after receiving the product, so my review is solely based on Delhi and what I had encountered) So about the product,(AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USING IT) cooling is great I just keep it on ECO mode (it's on a constant 24 and saves energy). it gets freaking cold, granted my bedroom is not that HUGE, I hardly keep it on for an hour, i would just turn it off and the fan would easily keep the room cool for quite a while. My only concern and issue with MARQ is that they don't have a proper OFFICEs and Servicing Centers set up, for if anyone starts having problems with the product. That's why I gave the product a 4 star rating. Other than that, it's a great product, budget friendly and cools as promised. So if anyone is guessing wether they should buy this product or not, I say GO FOR IT.

Did not meet expectations
Worsted item I have ever buying in my life after using more than one year I write my view that no one can cheat like me. It is a Chinese product we can't faith on it. It is just like a cooler first year it work properly but second time as at the time of Corona it started creating problem regarding cooling. I call to Jeeves call center but there no. Always busy. Finally don't buy it.
