Utterly Disappointed
Poor installation company that is Jeeves pvt ltd. Lacks professional experience don't know how to install ac properly . Also customer support is giving improper service and can't convey simple instructions to the service team.

Good Buy if you want ot save energy.. used it at 24-26 DegC and its pretty much energy efficient with Great Cooling.. Overall very Good product in 10 days of using.. One Issue with ac us that if you have connected wifi and signal drops it won't connect automatically 😠.. you have complete switch on off ac to reconnect so its wifi function is of no use.. Lg customer care not responding as well

Product is no doubt good enough to buy in this range. You can easily reduce electric consumption by using energy saver mode. If you use it in energy saver mode with 24 °C to 25 °C temperature, energy consumption will be approx 0.4 unit per hour. However the installation part is really poor. As per instruction in the site for standard installation I have to pay Rs 750 including AC installation ,simple electric work and wooden work. However, they just installed the AC and asked me to call electrician for electric work and for a small piece of wood they have changed Rs 200. Also the person who came to install the AC was not a LG professional. So overall product is good however installation is really poor. Better to ask outsider to install the AC who will charge only Rs 500 for all the work including AC installation, simple electric work and wooden work.
