Pretty good
initial impression post using it after 3 days of installation. installation from Hitachi is pathetic, they did not install the drainage pipe and cover that came along with the unit. regarding AC cooling is fantastic, looks are decent and hitachi brand is good. the major concern here is it's operating noise, it is on the higher side. not that it is not tolerable but definitely it is noisy as compared to other window AC. I replaced by 16 year old LG AC with this model and sound insulation in my previous AC was half the noise of the Hitachi AC. apart from this the AC seems to be nice.
