one word- value for money, got it at 39500/, delivered within 2days and installed on the next day, many biyers complained about the technicians in fact I had a bad experience of the same when I've installed my other AC but this time they really done a good job, exactly what I said they did and no extra costs except Installation fee, rapping fee, and Angle fee, thumbs up for the product and service 👍

This is the first time I bought Carrier AC. I recommend buyers to check other available make 2 T Inverter AC in the market. Better to pay 5-6K extra and get other make. It’s really strange that to install a single unit four technicians from Carrier took 4 hours. May be you will get this particular model for cheaper price than any other make, please note that the outdoor unit is too bulky comparing to any other reputed make in the market. Dimension of outdoor unit is bigger. Even indoor unit is not very attractive in look. During unpacking I found that the condenser of outdoor unit is protected by a PVC mesh and fins will get easily damaged in case any flying object hit the unit or mishandled. No rubber pads had been supplied with outdoor units. Generally power cable supplied with any spilt ACs are 3-4 feet longer than the copper tubes but in Carrier case, manufacturer has supplied shorter cable( 18 inch shorter than Cu tubes). Which will cause problem during installation and you have to make cable joints when full length will utilized. Delivery was made very fast by Flipkart as well as installation services are lined up on time. But this time I had worst experience with Carrier technicians, they took more than 4 hours just to install a single unit, generally it took hardly 45-60 mins ( Without bracket and when hole in wall is available). First of all installation technicians came without vacuum pump and when I asked for the same they informed me that vacuuming is not required and they will flush the cooling pipes by discharging some gas. (It is highly recommended to do vacuuming of tubes during installation of any Inverter AC of any make). We had lot of argument on same and then I called Carrier directly and made complain. Carrier accepted the fault and arranged for a vacuum pump along with third technician. Once installation was completed and AC unit powered ON a fault F1 appeared on the display and technicians were unable the decode the same than again a senior technician sent by Carrier to fix the problem and he found a loose connection of temperature sensor inside outdoor unit. During the entire process both indoor and outdoor units were post-mortems like anything. And it was really a painful experience with Carrier and certainly no one will like that any new unit will be opened completely during fresh installation. See photographs for more details.

BEWARE OF THIS MODEL. I HAVE RECEIVED DIFFERENT ODU ie DC INVERTER. WHICH I SUPPOSE TO GET HYBRID JET ODU, AS YOU CAN SEE PICTURE WHICH I SHARED. 1st I GOT A REPLACEMENT AGAIN THEY SHIPPED SAME OLD TECHNOLOGY DC INVERTER ODU, 2nd TIME THEY REJECTED MY RETURN. STATING THAT SELLER HAS REJECTED THE RETURN REQUEST. DONT BUY THIS MODEL.
